I just want to know is it possible to install windows 10 on 1020? I dun find windows insider on my device so is there any way to install windows 10?

The Insider program for Windows 10 will not be available until sometime in February. Until then, you must wait.

I would expect MS to release Windows 10 to all Win8 devices, though it's possible not every new feature will be present on older hardware...
