Windows 10 on Lumia 520 not working

After update the only thing I can see is lock screen and if i unlock the phone I get a white screen.
--Tried soft reset but it doesn't help...

You may have to perform a hard reset (which the procedure escapes me) to get things going again.

That will erase everything.

The problem is that I even can't go to settings to do hard reset.

There was a button combination that took care of this, like a soft reset, but I can't remember it!
