Windows 10 on pc: My main screen (and anything used on it) is slightly cut off.

As in a way as my icons, that bar at the bottom of my screen are cut off the screen and it makes using those apps, icons, getting out, seeing the time much harder. even the browsers are affected by this.

- I just installed windows 10.

Does your video driver allow scaling?
When I was using the TP version on a desktop this happened to me after every new installation. I had to change from 'maintain aspect ratio' to a custom scaling value.

I have the same issue. I want my task/start bar at the bottom but it is cutting off tools I need in programs when windows are opened fully.
