Windows 10 on Surface Pro 3

Yesterday I installed Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 3 i5 with bad results

• My light sensor does not work
• The fan keeps working @ max speed, so I assume that it's also heating up too much
• The UI it's lagging a lot with all drivers up to date

So i reversed to WIndows 8.1 with some problems that were easly fixed

I'm I the only one to have these problems?

No, fan is on a lot here too, almost never previously. The screen doesn't switch of when I press the button, it goes black but remains lit, persevering though, can only get better

Did you update it after installing? There was apparently an update that fixes the lag

No I did not.
I was unable to... I got some windows update error
But with the fan and light sensor I will not upgrade just yet

I did too, restarting fixed it for me.

I've found its certain apps that are driving the fan crazy, the new photo app being a prime example
