Windows 10 pc

I have windows 10 on pc build 10586.
my pc get freezes for 6-9 sec for some normal action like open file,start menu,setting....
My video get struck into video player in vlc . I typed and after 2-3 sec it get display....
Any option available for fixed issue except roll back to win 8 ?

Its hard to tell if you simply had a bad install or MS discovered some bad memory or storage on your computer. (Its pretty good at that). Try getting one of those burn-in apps and see if you don't have issues. If that's good, roll back to 8.1 and make sure you don't have an antivirus app running and install again.
