Windows 10 preparation?

After reading the recently written articles about a couple of companies ( BMW and An Upcoming Hospital in Norway ) buying their employees Windows Phones it got me thinking. Could this possibly be because these companies are already preparing for Windows 10? as Windows 10 is going to be universal.

What do y'all think about this? Just a coincidence or are they preparing for Win 10?

Windows 10 'metro' apps are universal but there is no way you're going to run full Windows programs on a phone. As for preparing for W10, how exactly do you 'prepare' for something you know nothing about unless they got information from MS.
