windows 10 Pro Dell 3847 - i5 4460 super slow and lagging again

Hello my pc has started to lag for no apparent reason any ideas or help would be great as its my main home pc...
is a dell 3847, i5 4460, 8gb ddr3, 1tb hdd, asus geforce gtx 750ti 2g.

Obviously Microsoft Edge seems to be having issues with your machine. Make sure that you've updated, all updates, then if that's no use revert to using Internet Explorer instead of Edge.
