I bought Windows Pro DVD in the past with Key etc. Not used it.
Recently bought a new PC, Intel(R) Celeron(R) N5095 @ 2.00GHz 2.00 GHz, 8g Ram. It came with W11 installed but I had endless login problems with blue screens I was unable to get over. There was an option to go back to W10 which I did, problem being it demands a KEY but won't accept the DVD one I got with it.
I have tried to load the DVD but although it shows in device manager and in BIOS, does not load. Also it does not show in Partition Manager, it shows 0 bytes. I've tried it on an older Laptop, it loads fine.
Obviously my current problem is the ACTIVATE WINDOWS ON SCREEN and I can't modify it at all?
Any help please, Microsoft solution will cost another €115.
