Windows 10 reset error

I wanted to reset my windows 10 pc. When I reset it showing some error. I clicked exit and continue to windows 10. Now it is showing a blank screen. I tried to restart it but still it is not working. What should I do

This is the common problem the soulation is if you format your pc agian it's the better.
