Windows 10 Rom release date One Plus 2 etc?

I would really like to get my hands on a one plus 2 running windows 10.

Microsoft said they are releasing roms for one plus 2, one plus 2 and Xioami 5 Microsoft reportedly plans to release Windows 10 Mobile ROMs for OnePlus 2, 3 and Xioami Mi 5 | Windows Central

Does any one have an idea of when Microsoft will releae these roms?

I'm really excited about this. What do you think? With the aniversay update? Or sooner?

Ehh.. I don't think it's worth it. The project of making W10M ROMs for popular Android phones would please only a small amount of people.... my guess is 12 lol
But seriously, I don't think there's too much of those guys who are Windows fans, own an Android phone, but want to put W10M on it.

Well, if you want to live dangerous you try install a Lumia 950 XL ROM. They have both the same CPU so that might work actually. But don't take my word for it!

Unfortunately your best bet would be to try it yourself, who knows, you may even succeed.

The CPU may be the same, but the hardware is dramatically different. I'm not sure existing tools will even know about dumping the XL's ROM and putting it on a OPT.

The CPU is the same on the Lumia 640, Moto G, Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, Xperia E3 Dual (Snapdragon 400) and putting any of those ROMs on the other is asking for a world of hurt!
