Windows 10 slow insider

So I have a windows 10 slow insider running in my Lumia 630 and I haven't got the recent update and in the update option its showing that your phone is up to date..any help?

What OS version does your Lumia 630 currently have? And have you tried going for Fast Ring?

It cant be.. Select fast insider.. Both slow and fast have the same build 10586.11.. After installing 10 choose slow then

Just swap into the fast ring, it's the same build (at least for the next few days)
