Windows 10 Start Screen Backround

Hello guys. When I try to change start screen's backround, İts not working. Im using last build 10166 I guess or something like that. Please fix this or how can I fix that.

Same issue, I don't think it can be changed or its a bug.

It's annoying to see the hero image not match the desktop image.
