At the moment I have a Linx 7 tablet with 32GB of memory and a 64GB SD card. Yesterday I had to uninstall two games just to allow Asphalt 8 to update, (I reinstalled them afterwards).
Why does MS not allow apps to be installed to memory cards? I don't store media on my SD card so at the moment it's just empty and useless while the tablet memory dwindles.
Does anyone know if this will change in Windows 10? I know new tablets, 8" and under will get a more phone like OS and that may allow apps on SD cards but existing small tablets will get the desktop/touch hybrid and there has been no info so far.

I thought I saw a screenshot of Windows 10 that showed the ability to install apps on SD card. It might be coming. But it might only work for Modern apps.
