Windows 10 taskbar not working

I installed Windows 10 2 days ago and all was well until today, I booted up my PC and I couldn't start the Start Screen, I can't use Cortana too. I also can't start any other apps from the store, it would bring up a window saying "explorer.exe class not registered". Looked up for fixes and none of them work so far. Any chance that there are any other users who have encountered and know a fix?

You would have to get the media creation tool from Microsoft (just search up media creation tool and download the Windows 10 tool. Use the flash drive option and you should be done
