Been running it for the past week on a Verizon 735 and using it as my primary phone. So far, it runs pretty smoothly. If you have the space, move all apps to the phone before you upgrade to Win 10. I tried it first with some apps on the SD card and after the upgrade they didn't work. I then flashed back to 8.1, installed all apps to phone only and everything worked well after upgrading again. Make sure to go to the Store and update all the apps ASAP. My biggest gripe is apps installed from the store are VERY slow to download and install.
