i know that i'm using TP and i'm using pre-released softwares from a long time so i don't have to worry whatever the result will be.

We don't know, we can only speculate.
I would guess yes, but the 520 is not supposed to have 10 at this time, so its anyone's game.

in my opinion MSFT will release TP for 520 in third wave of update.

It seems logical that they should wait considering it needs some extra optimization, but I think a lot of people would like it just to test out. Like getting a 635 to test it out. But why get another low priced phone if you have a 520 laying around?
