Windows 10 TP : should I ? Is there a list of bugs anywhere ?

Hi everyone
Well you know I've got my 1320 with 8.1 and I'm getting some bugs often and I'm waiting for Windows 10 like lots of us now my question is : hey, should I upgrade ? And is there a thread with a list of bugs on the 1320 I should be aware of before upgrading ?

W10 Mobile is currently in Technical Preview build 10166 ( fast ring ) . There are bugs but not specific on which devices .
There is a build 10166 Bugs Thread somewhere in the forum , you should check it out .
