Windows 10 update not working on Lumia 532

[Windows Central Question]

i downloaded the latest Upgrade Advisor app and it shows that my 532 is ready for Windows 10.but when i try to upgrade from 'phone update' while connected to high speed stable WiFi connection, it fails advising me 'You need to connect to WiFi to download the update'. what m i missing?

Have you tried restarting both the router and the phone?
