Windows 10 update problem

[Windows Central Question]

All I get is the spinning wheelie thing at the bottom of the screen. It has been like that for about 2 hours. Turning off and back on again does nothing. Hitting escape at the first screen does nothing it just continues on to the blank spinning wheelie screen.
