windows 10 update problems

[Windows Central Question]

my compuetr started a windows 10 update over 27 hours ago. for the last 24 hours i have had a black screen with a white circle going aroumd and nothing else is going on.
what is the problem and how can it be fixed???
Not happy with this at all !!
I really hope that I don't need to buy a new computer!!

if it has gone over a day, try to force a restart - long press the power button until it goes off, wait a few seconds and then switch on normally
