Windows 10 Update

If I update to Windows 10, will I still have complete support for the Windows 7 applications that I have on my Windows 7 laptop? Just want to make sure since Microsoft confirmed that the update can't be reversed. Thanks.

The update can't be reversed but one can always perform a clean install and go back to Win 7.

Desktop Win32 applications should be compatible except some device drivers

I use Advance Disk Catalog which never updated from 2004 and it work flawlessly on win10
I also currently replaying Diablo 2 on win10 with no problem

Thanks. I was just wondering since Windows 8 & 8.1 didn't support a bunch of applications that had support for Windows 7.
