Windows 10 upgradable phones

Is there a constantly updated list of which phones will definitively be getting the Win10 upgrade? I was sure there was one at some point but maybe I'm confusing it with the list of phones that can run the tech preview?

Every windows 8.1 phone is upgradable.

I'm pretty sure I read that the 930 wasn't going to be upgradable. Has that changed?

What kind of s*** did you read. So far that's only happend on tech preview. And curent build allow 930 to do so
