Windows 10 upgrade stuck

I am upgrading from 7. It has been running for 28 hours. My screen is blank. I cannot get into it. The computer appears to running from the noise. Should I force a power down and reboot

moving the mosue or clicking on the keyoboard does nothing to wake the screen?

If not, then yes, you can try a forced restart
