Windows 10 upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586 is stuck at 2. What should I do?

Windows Central Question

Windows 10 upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586 is stuck at 2%.

This is the fourth day at 2%. One day I checked it said "error" but that is not showing now. What should I do?
