Windows 10 upgrade

I am a dell inspiron desktop owner, it came with windows 7 home but I uninstalled it and installed a windows 7 ultimate pirated version.

Now I wanna know will I be able to upgrade to windows 10 for free? And If yes then which version will I be able to upgrade to. I know it is not my right to ask for free upgrade from a pirated version but if microsoft is providing such a path why not take complete use of it?

You will be able to, but with the pirated copy watermark.

7 Ultimate will go to 10 Pro.

Now, pirated Windows can technically be upgraded, but it remains pirated Windows. YMMV of course.
