Windows 10 upgrade

[Windows Central Question]

My upgrade has been running for over 2 hours. All the window screen says is "working on it". I'm not sure it's doing anything. Looking for a status bar?? Any suggestions? Wondering if I should cancel and start over??

Don't cancel... wait it out. Stopping it if it is doing something even though it seems like it's not will cause more harm.
