Windows 10 when?

Hello everyone,

I currently using Note 5 since I bought it, but my friend finally got a new phone so he sent me back my Lumia 930. I will use both phones however, when will Windows 10 release on 930? They said this month and it is already out in the wild with new phones 950.
Is there any way to get final version? Im on unlocked international version. I just can't stand some of the problems on 8.1 especially the browser.
