Windows 10 - why am I unable to access computers in a workgroup after installation?

Windows Central Question

Windows 10 - Unable to access computers in a workgroup after installation

The whole Workgroup is now inaccessible after installing Windows 10 on two of the four computers of a Workgroup, one being the Shared Drive. How can I get the four to communicate again?
