Today i installed windows 10 in my laptop its good, but i have a issue regarding sound, after instaling windows 10 i cant hear any of sound in my lappy can you please help how to clear this issue

Does it show in the device manager? You can try installing the driver for w8 version. Get it from your laptop website.
