I reset my pc on windows 10. Now keyboard and mouse not working tried everything

Which PC do you have? Most likely, you'll have to download and install drivers from the manufacturer's website. You might need to download them using another PC, transfer them to a USB stick, then install them on the malfunctioning PC. Do you have another USB keyboard and mouse lying around that you can use?
