Windows 11's new Start menu sidebar for Phone Link is unnecessary and only adds more clutter

Microsoft is building a new sidebar to show mobile devices alongside the Start menu, but I don't believe this is the correct design approach. Here's what I think about this feature.

Great write up. As usually this will be another example of rushed poorly thought out feature that will get depreciated eventually if not sooner.

This feature looks uncessary, redundant, poorly designed and it's even looks ugly. This is clearly rushed feature that don't have solid use case for it.

Some were asking for Live Tiles like interface, but this is not it. Or better just allow those Widgets from the hidden sidebar to be pinned on desktop to sit with the desktop icons. I think many were asking for that ever since Windows 10 at least with Live Tiles.
