Windows 8.1...mobile?

I wasn't sure where to put this, or where to even find info on this, so since I have a Lumia 928 I thought I'd post here.

Windows 8.1 is now out. Forgive my ignorance, but will there at a Windows 8.1 Mobile released? If so, when? Didn't know if I should be looking for the GDR3 first or a WP8.1 update.

GDR3 in the next month probably, 8.1 early 2014. That's as specific as I can get.

Yes, there will be. 8.1 is not gdr3. Windows Phone 8.1 will be released early 2014.

WP8.1 is a Major update for early next tear while GDR3 is a minor update. That was released at the end of the year
