Windows 8.1 touch has become non-responsive
I am using L720 from past few days UI is slow.
Takes lot of time to open an app or when you text something it displays on screen after a significant delay.
When you text. Predictable text doesn't show up. Space button is non responsive. If I press space button, next word or sentence which I type doesn't show up on the screen. So I need to text without using space for eg: "hihowareyou?Everythingfine"
