Neither This is not the RTM version its build 9600.17025 I think. You cant download this legally, as it has been leaked online.

Turns out we were both wrong. RTM already happened, though we wont get it until next month.

8.1 update 1 is available. You have to jump through a few hoops to get it though. I have updated my DV8P, Surface 2, Surface Pro and Asus Ultrabook. The release that is out is the official RTM build. I believe the number is 17031.
