Only some phones are getting update 2. It's not that significant anyway. Windows 10 is coming to most of the phones though. Unless you have the Lumia 735 or 830, it's unlikely that you will get update 2

MS said they are going to release it.. But they did not mentioned to which phones.. Currently 1520,830,730/735 has got it..
