Why dont you cchange your phone region to USA and test Cortana. I am from Greece and since April I am using her (as I am afraid we will never have her, but she is working fine and she is giving me suggestions about near places).

when it available in India change back your region and no problem and feeling anxious.

Thanx buddy I have changed the settings and get the Cortana. But would like to know in its news settings how do I get the news headlines pertains to my country India. If you know something about it please tell me.

Glad that i could help you. About the news, I only know that we can add news in the interest section but I am not aware (or haven't seen) if there is an option to localize the feeds and the news titles.
