Windows 8.1 was upgraded to Windows 10 by Microsoft but after 4 days I get a start key, how can I recover?

windows 8.1 was ugraded to windows 10 by micrsoft but after 4 days start key

it is samsung laptop. in this process all samsung apps also disappeared.not able to recover despite published techniques on the net

Go to settings--> Update. Look for the recovery option. You can go back to Windows 8.1 there.
