Windows 8 Announcments!!

For those that haven't heard, Microsoft is updating it's OS!!!

I think everything they announced for the developers concerning WP8 was attention getters. From the Wallet Hub, to taking aim at professionals with the secure systems, and I LOVE the new start screen. IE10, the compatability of apps across PCs/Tablets/WP, memory cards, and of course multi-core support and better screen productions.

With the specifics for end users yet to come, who is excited????

I've got an upgrade coming November 11th - you bet I'll be getting a launch device after seeing these announcements.

After reading the announcements I too am excited but I'm not sure if the hardware upgrades are enough to make me give up my L900 for one. I'll be replacing my laptop the end of the year so my question will be do I get a new Window 8 laptop or tablet.

No notification system? Nothing really ground breaking, Might jump back to Android or Blackberry 10.

There is no way they will touch on every feature. They are still presenting as well. No need to panic or jump to conclusions.
