Windows App Studio Hosted Web App creates a popup, then crashes
Hi,
I recently created a hosted web app just to test it, for (The Washington Times mobile website, m . washingtontimes .com, I am not allowed to post links as I don't have 10 posts yet) using the Windows App Studio hosted web app template.
When I launch the app on my desktop, it runs well until you click an article, after which the app opens another window and then crashes.
The reason for this problem is, on the actual website, it opens popup advertisements. However, when it tries to open popups within the Windows app, the app crashes.
Is there any way to block the popup advertisements? How do I fix this problem? I have the source code downloaded.
