windows blue update

will the blue update have the feature to install apps on sdcard?
will i be able to access downloaded files from uc browser via pc?
will i be able to set download paths for wp store apps?
will i be able to set downloaD PATHS for received bluetooth files?

Do you not read anything of the articles/threads posted on this fantastic website?

And just so you're clear - nothing about WP8.1 is confirmed until Microsoft announce it in April. There are a lot of leaks and rumours, but Microsoft could very easily modify/remove/add whatever they want.
