You may have your calendar set to show events a day beforehand. You can change this in settings on the calendar either through Outlook.com or your phone. I have my settings like this as well. It's just a reminder, nothing to worry about.

Does your calendar sync with Google or Outlook? I have a problem with the new calDAV Google sync which puts my all-day events a day early on my WP8 phone.
