I Love having this for breakfast, this is Eggs Benedict or more Traditionally called Eggs Royal, because I normally get Smoked Salmon instead of Bacon, because I don?t eat Bacon and let?s face it, it?s a lot Healthier than bacon, but I wouldn?t mind Turkey Bacon at all! Now I?ve had this dish in all parts of the world, from America to France and of course in the UK (Where I Live), where I have found my favourite Caf? called ?Kiva? locally to me, which is where I took this picture.
Eggs Royal Consists of two round toasted pieces of Bread which are traditionally called crumpets, but crumpets can mean another type of bread over here in the UK; two poached eggs which are left with a viscous yolk, hollandaise sauce and a single asparagus, it?s quite healthy because nothing is fried, yet it?s the most tasty breakfast I love to enjoy. I?ve also been lucky enough to enjoy a Duck Confit and Crab alternative, but smoked salmon seems to be my favourite?for now!!!

I used my trusty Nokia Lumia 1020, I did not use any photo editing software, apart from the inbuilt software to make the picture a little brighter. No Flash was used
I take pictures for fun so I just upload them to Instagram and Facebook

Well, took this picture with my Microsoft Lumia 640 yesterday edited with Lumia creative studio. Its a typical breakfast people have during the festive season of Vijayadashami or Dussehra. It is a north indian sweet and savory dish called Jalebi and Fafda.

So this was breakfast at our B&B in Lake Thun, Switzerland when I was there last year in August. The view was good too.

We were given local meats and cheeses. The curled up one is a local mountain cheese that has a special slicer and they put cracked pepper on top. It was really great!

This is from breakfast today (10/24/2015). This being a Saturday, which is special for me. During the week I get up very early and don't have a chance to eat with my family. The weekend represents a chance for me to have breakfast with my family. We had homemade pumpkin spice waffles today, with deli bacon and handmade sausage. Real maple syrup. Yummy!

On a recent trip to Bend Oregon, gem of the Pacific Northwest, I ordered this beautiful Baja Chicken Hash Stack at McKay Cottage. (one of 3 places in town with hour long waits that are old houses converted to restaurants) I returned a month later this weekend and had to have it again. Just incredibly delicious. I lived in Bend for 13 years and moved to Seattle a year ago and have yet to find replacements for Bend's great breakfast spots. (atmosphere included) Taken with my 1520.3 with stock camera app and no editing.
