Windows device recovery tool 3.6.39, can't install, any help?

windows device recovery tool 3.6.39 cant install

i cant update it gives me always an erros saying it cant find WDRTInstaller.msi and 0x80070643

can you uninstall it and then install afresh? It might work but on the other hand it might just not

done that and still giving the same error,

done that and still giving the same error,

then you'll have to try on a different pc for the time being if it's an emergency - borrow a friend's laptop for a couple of hours
