Yesterday I set up Windows Hello's Iris scan, and it was working great. Today I was trying to solve a problem with my email, and thought that Windows Hello was getting in the way. (Long story, see my other post.) I removed the settings for Windows Hello, but it didn't solve my problem. Now when I go back in to setup Windows Hello, it looks like it's scanning my eyes, but then gives me:
Sorry, something went wrong
Close Windows Hello, and then try going through the setup again.
Is there anything I can do?
