Windows insider, but don't get the upgrade to Windows 10. Is this something I just have to wait for?

Windows insider, but don't get the upgrade to windows 10

I installed the windows insider windows 10 on virtualbox. I deleted it lately. I got yesterday an email by Gabe Aul, saying that I could install windows 10 on all my pc's beacause I'm an insider. If i now click the windows icon in the bottom right corner, it says i'll have to wait. Does anybody know how i can install it from there. Or have I just to wait?
