Whenever I had problem with my devices, I always looked up on the internet for solution. And many people suggested to join the Insider Programme since it's more stable now. I didn't join the Insider Programme because I use my device everyday and I don't have secondary device. But I do want to provide feedbacks for future Windows, so my question here, what option should I chose? 'Just fixes, apps and drivers' or 'Active development of Windows'? And what's exactly is Slow ring and Fast ring?

Slow ring means you get updates before retail users but not as soon as they are released. Fast ring means you receive the latest updates as soon as MS releases them. These builds may be more unstable than those released to the slow ring and are best installed on a secondary device.
