Windows logo key won't open

I'm using Windows 10 and I can't open my windows logo key with left click. It's not working. And search windows is not working too!
Also other programs like pictures, videos, music, ... are not working.
What should I do?

Reboot your pc: ctrl + alt + del -> click on i-O logo -> Reboot

restart the pc as Maurizio suggested and if possible, check for OS updates
