Windows mobility center notification popping up every time even after i "disabled" it

Hi,
i am using windows 7 professional.
my issue is "Windows mobility center" notification popping up every time even after i "disabled" it, also tried setting "not configured" in gpedit.msc, still not stopped popping up.
it is very annoying.
is there any thing i can do to completely remove it from my PC other than the below two steps that i tried and failed.

first i tried Disabling Windows Mobility Center in gpedit.msc (also tried setting "not configured") but it did not work, then i tried In registry (creating a new DWORD (32-bit) entry and Named as "NoMobilityCenter then given the value1. ), both did not work for me.
please help me to fix this issue permanently.
