Windows Phone 10 keyboard

Can you change the layout of the keyboard to Dvorak or similar not so used layouts? I've been using Windows Phone since I got my Samsung Focus in 2010, and I still can't type in the layout I prefer.

No.
And there is no announcement yet that this will be possible in w10. But who knows it maybe will be introduced. So only time will learn.
