Windows phone 8.1 and tap to pay

I have a Lumia icon with a secure SIM in the phone. In settings I have tap to pay enabled in settings but everytime I've tried to use this it never works and was wondering if anyone out there has got this to work

you have to wait for ISIS to release their app for WP8. They are the preferred and supported method approved by Verizon, AT&T and everyone else pretty much.

You shouldn't have to BC theres an option in nfc in settings that turned on tap to pay and as far as Isis goes in not sure there ever going to release there app

the option is there, but, on my AT&T 920 at least, there is no way to select what card is selected, nor any way to get it to work... ISIS is the method the US carriers decided to go with.
